About Black 7 Pro
Lord Jessiah Allah (Black 7), born December 2, 1979, in Detroit, MI began his interest in the culture of Hip-Hop at the age of 9. Heavily influenced by artists of that time now revered as legends (Big Daddy Kane, Rakim Allah, Kool G Rap), he began honing his skill with the pen making instrumental with his cassette deck. Life would eventually position him in the South (1992,VA), where he formed Prisoners of Darkness(P.O.D) with members who he linked with who were also from out of state, whom established a strong local following. It was here where he also saw his first true trial and tribulation through a stint in the Juvenile Court System (1995). Shortly after release from custody, he was introduced to the Nation of Gods and Earths and Knowledge of Self was taught to him where he was instructed by the school of life. In 1996 he purchased his first drum machine and he began to build up a significant catalog of music. His path would lead him back to his roots in Detroit, MI where he linked up with other members of the group Sun Tzu Cadre, founded in 1994 by Reasun Allah and Dr.Bahu IsGod Allah. In 2007, Black 7 Productions linked with Wu-Tang Clan affiliate Born Divine (The Better Life Movement) and produced for his album 2007 album "Born In The Game", distributed digitally independently. In the same year, he linked with Wu-Tang Clan affiliates Dezert Eez and contributed production to their mixtapes and their 2010 release "Ghettoboxx" distributed digitally and also through N-Cendiary/Universal.
